ESSENCE The Gel Nail Polish 98 pure beauty An old favourite that I reach for a lot because most of the time I just want something simple and elegant on my nails. It's an interesting nude that tends to shift its undertone on my nails, while in the bottle it's a nude with violet/cool hues. If I lost of my nail polishes, I think I'd repurchase this colour first. ESSENCE Soft Contouring Lipliner 08 big proposal This is such a great natural shade that I can use to shape my lips and give them just a bit of a darker/more defining colour. It's lighter and more peachy-beige than shade 06 under my ski n and it's close to my natural lip colour, so it's better suited for cheating the lip line.   THE BODY SHOP Vanilla Pumpkin Body Butter and Shower Gel I've talked in both of the previous posts about these and I have to add them to my favourites too. The scent this line is so yummy, like vanilla cookies and Monte White had a baby. There's no pumpkin, instead it's

MAKEUP *ORIFLAME Giordani Gold MasterCreation Foundation SPF 18 Rose Porcelain Cool Oriflame launched a few new Giordani Gold products and this foundation is their newest formula. The only Oriflame base I had was a tinted moisturiser about 10-15 years ago (it was my very first such product) and I remember it being very orange, so I was a bit concerned Oriflame's shade ranges run dark. Good news: they actually have shades for us Snow Whites. I was very happy to discover that and I believe this is the first PR foundation whose shade actually fits me. This formula is promises an anti-aging effect and a natural finish, it contains no alcohol. It feels light on the skin and it provides about light-medium coverage that can be built up. Finish is dewy-glowy, as you might expect for a foundation meant for mature skin and it's indeed as promised natural looking, so it's one of those foundations that it's hard to tell you're wearing anything, but your skin looks better. Autumn Picks #4

Image
It's been a while since I made an autumn picks post because I skipped last year's one, but I'm reviving the series with a selection of products that I like to use in this time of the year. TOO FACED Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette   I shamelessly included this palette again in my autumn series of posts because I actually don't even have any new palettes that I use since the last post and also this is my most autumnal palette. Chocolate inspired hues are perfect for creating a classic brown smoky eye or something even warmer with some reddish tones. I know just about everyone has one of the new rusty-red looking palettes by now, but I'm still sticking to this old favourite. CATRICE Eyeshadow Stix   070 I decide my vibe These may be a hit-or-miss in terms of quality, but this shade is best performing. It's not quite as strongly pigmented as Kiko's eyeshadow sticks, but it's still good enough and I tend to use these as a base to intensify powder eyeshadows
