Deborah 24 Ore Extra Cover 2 in 1 Foundation and Concealer

Image
Deborah launched a foundation that similarly to Milani's Conceal + Perfect claims it can be used both as a foundation and a concealer, so this is a formula with a high level of coverage. It's a foundation mostly those with oily skin will like because it's a very matte. Texture: Formula is quite creamy, yet still liquid and it's one of those that sets very fast, so you don't have a lot of time to work with it. It needs extra care at blending otherwise you can end up with some splotches where the foundation dried too fast (my skin was dry-normal as I was testing this).  Coverage and finish: Coverage is as promised very high, I think even higher than Revlon's Colorstay, so you can definitely use it as a concealer if you wish. Finish is very matte, the most matte foundation I've tried apart from Estee Lauder Maximum Cover, whose formula this reminds me most of. On my not oily skin it looks flat and obvious, it also emphasizes lines and the texture of the skin, ...

MAKEUP REVOLUTION Fast Base Stick F1 These are now available in DMs and when I swatched one in the shop, I just loved how the texture melted into the skin and it looked so perfect on the back of my hand. Also the lightest shade is very light, so it's a new foundation in the drugstores that's appropriate for Snow Whites. But when I tried it the first time on my face, I was less impressed with the texture. While the formula is so soft and buttery, it sat weird on the skin, like a heavy foundation that refuses to blend in well (I used a brush). In a strange turn of events, this looked more decent at the end of the day - all the patchiness was gone and it looked blended much better, so this is definitely a formula that needs to be warmed up to blend in well. Coverage is very high, almost full and the finish is somewhat satin - if I apply a thin coat it's more matte, if the layer it thicker it's a bit satin shiny (my skin is currently dry). It lasts well on the skin, even on...

MAKEUP *ORIFLAME Giordani Gold MasterCreation Foundation SPF 18 Rose Porcelain Cool Oriflame launched a few new Giordani Gold products and this foundation is their newest formula. The only Oriflame base I had was a tinted moisturiser about 10-15 years ago (it was my very first such product) and I remember it being very orange, so I was a bit concerned Oriflame's shade ranges run dark. Good news: they actually have shades for us Snow Whites. I was very happy to discover that and I believe this is the first PR foundation whose shade actually fits me. This formula is promises an anti-aging effect and a natural finish, it contains no alcohol. It feels light on the skin and it provides about light-medium coverage that can be built up. Finish is dewy-glowy, as you might expect for a foundation meant for mature skin and it's indeed as promised natural looking, so it's one of those foundations that it's hard to tell you're wearing anything, but your skin looks better. It...
