DEBORAH Fluid Velvet Mat Effect Liquid Lipstick 02 This was an instant love both for the perfectly matte formula and the pretty warm pink shade that I know will become one of mine most worn colours. It's a formula that's fully opaque, applies smoothly, feels comfortable on my lips and lasts well - really it's such great quality. I find it's one of the best such matte lip creams out of those easily available in our drugstores.  ESSENCE Colour Boost Mad About Matte Liquid Lipstick 05 Dangerously Yours Another great matte liquid lipstick and quite an unexpected favourite because when these came out I ignored them, as I thought surely they can't be good (my trust in Essence lip products is pretty low, apart from lipliners). But it sets perfectly matte, just like Deborah, formula is also fully opaque, though a bit less creamy and this shade is gorgeous. 05 Dangerously yours is darker than the tube indicates, but no less beautiful for that. It's a medium muted pink sh...

Makeup Wishlist TAG

Image
I was tagged by Sandra from Keep Calm, Wear Lipstick blog to do a wishlist tag - you can find her's here  (post is in Slovene). I post my wishlists regularly in monthly favourites if you're interested and I have a wishlist board on Pinterest . #1: What's the next makeup item you want to buy? I'm currently actually looking more into computer components and I just got quite a few PR products, so I have no makeup items that I really want to buy, at least for a while, but when I was browsing in DM, I saw that Versace Crystal Noir is very reasonably priced and I've been in DM twice already with the intention of buying it, yet I walked out without a new fragrance. #2 If you could walk into Sephora today, what product would you get if money were no object? I'd like Smoke & Mirrors Conditioning Cleansing Oil. I've never seen a cleansing oil for hair, but it sounds perfect for my dry mane.  #3 What's the oldest item on your Sephora Loves list? I have no idea...

ESSENCE The Gel Nail Polish 98 pure beauty An old favourite that I reach for a lot because most of the time I just want something simple and elegant on my nails. It's an interesting nude that tends to shift its undertone on my nails, while in the bottle it's a nude with violet/cool hues. If I lost of my nail polishes, I think I'd repurchase this colour first. ESSENCE Soft Contouring Lipliner 08 big proposal This is such a great natural shade that I can use to shape my lips and give them just a bit of a darker/more defining colour. It's lighter and more peachy-beige than shade 06 under my ski n and it's close to my natural lip colour, so it's better suited for cheating the lip line.   THE BODY SHOP Vanilla Pumpkin Body Butter and Shower Gel I've talked in both of the previous posts about these and I have to add them to my favourites too. The scent this line is so yummy, like vanilla cookies and Monte White had a baby. There's no pumpkin, instead it's...

CATRICE Eyeshadow Stix   070 I decide my vibe I have three shades of the newest Eyeshadow Stixs which I realised differ in quality. This is the best performing one and luckily it's also my favourite shade. Pigmentation is not nearly as good as for example Kiko's version , so I have to build it up, but this shade applies evenly and with a few coats I get a nice metallic effect. The shade is the thing that makes me really love it because I haven't found such colour in any other ranges, all are either more bronzey brown or more yellow gold, but this is that perfect in-between shade, just the type I love most to wear. It's in the same colour family as Too Faced Creme Bruleé from the Chocolate Bar palette (the gold shade) and Mac's Patina which is a more greeny old gold version. This Stix blends easily and doesn't get patchy, plus it also lasts well on my normal lids without creasing.  L'OREAL Infallible Blush Paint  Pinks   I was inspired by a look in some ran...

BEYU Beauty Queen Volume Mascara After a sting of merely okay-ish mascaras that I was trying in the past months I repurchased this one despite the high price for drugstore and I'm so glad I did because this is such an amazing mascara. It creates exactly the type of lashes I like, so with a nice amount of volume and with every lash separated, plus it keeps them lifted. It's definitely one of my favourite mascaras ever, especially out of those with a non-waterproof formula. THEBALM Instain Blush Houndstooth I bought this recently, but it's not my first TheBalm blush, so I know they always deliver when it comes to quality. This is another excellent one with a smooth, easy-to-blend formula that's got a good pigmentation, but not too strong that I would need to be careful with it. Staying power is one of the best I've seen and it stays like freshly applied for a really long time. I got Houndstooth because it looked like such a unique shade in the pan, a muted mauve pink ...
