MAKEUP BEYU Beauty Queen Volume Mascara This is my favourite mascara with a regular, meaning non-waterproof, formula and I already miss it so much. Every mascara I get to try disappoints me in some or other way, but mostly because they don't keep my lashes at least a little bit curled. This one does everything I want - gives volume, definition and keeps my lashes lifted enough so I don't look like I have no lashes looking straight on. It can't compare to a proper waterproof mascara, but it does enough and it's easy to remove. The price is the thing that keeps me from buying it all the time, but every time a new disappointment lands in my mailbox, I regret not having this in my collection.   Repurchase: Yes. MAYBELLINE Volumin' Express the Mega Plush Mascara  Such a boring mascara, though not a useless one. It's so light and probably the most natural looking mascara I've tried. I had hoped this would thicken in time and start producing more volume, but that n...

CATRICE Liquid Liner 010 Dating Joe Black I got two of these on separate dates, the first one in December because my old one was running low, but then Catrice started their 6548th discontinuing campaign and due to a incorrect label in my local drugstore I mistakenly thought it's going to be discontinued and bought another one (it's only the waterproof version that won't be sold any more). To my great relief I learned this is staying in their standard line, I admit I'd be upset if they decided to kick out my new favourite eyeliner just when I found it, but I can't say I'm not used to Catrice and Essence acting like consumers have an attention span of five-year-olds. It's the only liner I've been using every day for the past seven months because it's the blackest liner that's completely matte, it stays forever on the lids, doesn't smudge or flake and the applicator is comfortable. Great stuff. DM, 3.79 € CATRICE Metallic Liquid Liner 010 Bronze...

L'Occitane Pivoine Sublime 2 in 1 Perfecting Scrub

Image
I've already gone through a pot of Pivoine Sublime Perfecting cream , which had a perfect texture and one of the best scent I've ever encountered, but unfortunately, long-term it just didn't work that well with my skin. Despite that, when L'Occitane expanded their Peony range with a micellar water and perfecting scrub, I was intrigued by both, especially after reading good reviews about it. But now that I've had this scrub for quite some time I'm still having problems including it into my routine because it's rather a strange mix of products. Texture: the name doesn't imply it, but it's an oily cleansing scrub. Is similar to Clarins' Pure Melt Cleansing Gel  except it has exfoliating beads in it. It starts as a gel and once you rub it on the skin, it turns into an oil. With water it emulsifies just like most cleansing oils, but the beads are regular and don't melt. It's neither a strong nor a weak scrub, but I prefer my scrubs to be stron...
