I did not have faith that Essence is capable of doing such a great liquid lipstick, so when these launched I didn't even properly look at them. To be fair their Colour Boost Vinlyliscious  glosses that were released in the previous update did not impress me and these come in the same packaging, plus our Müller still doesn't have testers for these, so they were easy to ignore. But then I saw that they are actually matte on a swatch Lana made and before I had a chance to buy one, I was lucky enough to receive one in a shade I planned to buy. It quickly became a favourite for both the formula and the shade. Texture and finish: Formula is one of the thinnest such liquid lipsticks, but it's fully opaque with one coat and it sets properly matte in a minute, becoming completely transfer proof. When these launched I didn't devote them a second of attention because I thought it's going to be some lame not-really-matte formula like L'Oreal's Lip Paint Matte s, but this is properly matte in a minute or two, it applies fully opaque and the colour is gorgeous. MAKEUP REVOLUTION Fast Base Stick F1 These are now available in DMs and when I swatched one in the shop, I just loved how the texture melted into the skin and it looked so perfect on the back of my hand. Also the lightest shade is very light, so it's a new foundation in the drugstores that's appropriate for Snow Whites. But when I tried it the first time on my face, I was less impressed with the texture. While the formula is so soft and buttery, it sat weird on the skin, like a heavy foundation that refuses to blend in well (I used a brush). In a strange turn of events, this looked more decent at the end of the day - all the patchiness was gone and it looked blended much better, so this is definitely a formula that needs to be warmed up to blend in well. Coverage is very high, almost full and the finish is somewhat satin - if I apply a thin coat it's more matte, if the layer it thicker it's a bit satin shiny (my skin is currently dry). Essence is no stranger to cute packaging and I admit I was drawn to this because of the cute llama, but I've had some luck with Essence highlighters, so I hoped this was another good one. It's very subtle, which is somewhat unusual for Essence's usual offerings. Texture: This is a smooth and finely milled powder, but it's tightly pressed and I tend to prefer more buttery formulas when it comes to highlighters. Pigmentation is weak and it reminds me more of illuminating finishing powders rather than a proper highlighter, especially if I apply only one layer. You see the glow just fine in strong light, but it doesn't create that very luminous effect like some Essence's other highlighters. The shimmer is fine in this with no extra larger chunks of glitter. Shade: There are three shades in this: a gold, a pink and a cool toned off-white, which all mix into a peachy looking shade with glow, though it's very pale. This is my third shade of these liners, which are my second favourite formula behind Bourjois Contour Edition . They have a good formula for precise definition and filling in the lips, though they are less soft than their popular predecessors. I already have a review of other two shades if you're interested in swatches of those.  Formula: This new version is less creamy than the previous, so they last longer and are a lot more precise, but despite the waxier texture they are not drying. The first version of their lipliners was very creamy and smudgy, so getting a crisp line was impossible, however, they were a nice substitute for a lipstick because you could fill in the entire lips without that drying, chalky feeling. The new soft contouring ones are still creamy and easy to apply, but the Soft Contouring ones are a lot more waxy, so they don't move or smudge and you don't need to constantly sharpen them either.  Shade: 08 big proposal is a shade that's close to my n...
